Data lakehouse on Databricks
An InsurTech had its data spread across several systems. We built a lakehouse on Databricks: architecture, pipelines, transformations and MLOps. Their data scientists now work from one source.

18-month AI adoption programme
A large Scandinavian P&C insurer rolled out several AI tools. We ran the change management for 18 months: workshops, internal communication and regular alignment with stakeholders.

Demand and sales forecasting
A consumer goods company planned production mostly from last year's figures. We built forecasting models that take seasonality, promotions and external data into account. Planning now takes less time.

Spatial risk scoring with GIS
An insurer wanted to rate property risk by exact location instead of postcode. We added GIS data to their rating models on Google Cloud, which improved how well they separate high-risk from low-risk addresses.

LLM deployment on Swiss Cloud
A regulated FinTech needed a language model that keeps all data in Switzerland. We deployed the model, the data pipeline and the access controls on Infomaniak Swiss Cloud.

An industrial robotics company kept machine data in three cloud environments. We built a pipeline across AWS, Azure and Databricks that feeds one analytics layer for production monitoring.

About us
moe & company is based in Winterthur. We are six people: data scientists, a data engineer and a change management specialist.
We work in small teams, and the person who scopes a project with you also works on it. Most of our clients are insurers, manufacturers and retailers in Switzerland and Scandinavia.
What we do
Data engineering is the base. On top of it we build models, and then put them into the systems people work with. Strategy and change management run alongside the whole way.
